Orders are shipped from our California or Pennsylvania distribution points for West Coast and East Coast delivery within 7 weekdays. We ship the same weekday via UPS sevices.
A shipping notification (with tracking) will be emailed within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. We also email a "Before Delivery" reminder!
Shipping services are for U.S. continental destinations only.
Payment OptionsVisa, Master Card and Discover cards are accepted. Please include the current billing address of your credit card account for real-time account verification and to expedite shipping. International credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Make your puchase via Paypal! Our Paypal Express system will transfer you to your Paypal account for payment processing, and then return you to our "Checkout" page to complete your order.
30-Day Return/Exchange PolicyAfter your order has been delivered, please hold on to the shipping box, with it's packaging materials, the MFG's box, manual, warranty info, etc, for at least 30 days
(for exchanges and refunds).
To return a defective product for exchange, e-mail

S.T.E.P. will credit your return shipping cost after you have faxed your UPS receipt at 209-644-6862. After your faxed shipping receipt has been received, a replacement will be shipped promtly.
